Absolutely in love with the result!! I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair done and they turned out exactly how I wanted~ Also, the hairdresser I was with (I forgot to ask her name🥹 but I checked the website and it should’ve been ちーさん！Long gray hair, really pretty🥹🥹🥹) was so nice and kind, we even chatted a bit about anime and games~ Definitely recommend!
Took my daughter to have her hair done for her birthday at Otaku and what a lovely’s experience. She loves her hair and IG: _Tomchi_76 was so sweet and amazing!! Highly recommend Arigato !!
I Highly recommend this place!! I am OBSESSED with the results. I absolutely loved the Amazing service, friendly staff and stunning location. Most Importantly the results is exactly what I wanted and asked for. I got a bit of advise on the haircut, we use a translator and Marie, the hair stylist professional, was very supportive. We used Google translate to communicate. Btw, they had anime on the TVs. I was happily re watching "Solo Levelling" while the process was ongoing About the colouring process: I am used to bleach my hair, I've done it in some places back in Berlin, ans they have burned my scalp several times, or didn't achieved what I wanted. Even with double bleaching. Here was only one round of bleaching and I got exactly what I wanted and more. Also I saw the result on other people and was stunning too! Every staff member was very friendly and they all seem very experienced, on top of all having amazing hair too! If I'd live here I'll come here all the time. Final recommendation, if you suffer from allergies, I'll recommend to bring a mask as the smells can be strong and irritate your nose, which happened to me
